Covid procedure for attending club

• Please pre-book table wherever possible
• Tables can be reserved for a set period of time (i.e. 6-8pm 7-11pm)
  • via email [email protected]
  • or if you can’t email call 07786815276 (9am-6pm 7 days a week and you can book up to 7 days in advance
  • If you are passing the club and would like to come in within the opening hours please call the club on 02392 376298 and ask to speak to the steward or Bar Staff, (please do not just show up and come into the club)
• No requirement to book, however entry cannot be guaranteed unless a prior booking is made or there is a designated function on with limited numbers
• We will have a limited number of seats available; once this is reached entry will be refused.
• Observe social distancing and household bubble sizes at all times

 

• Entry via front door only
• Please use hand sanitisers provided regularly
• No standing at Bar
• There are “Keep Free Areas” (Black & Yellow also distance reminders) for when in transit to either;
  • For Entry and Exit purposes
  • Order/collect drinks
  • To go to toilet
  • To go to Garden/ Smoking area
• Do not linger in these areas
• Exit via side gate for Garden area & adjacent to G/F ladies toilet

• Order Drinks by App or via Drink Order Point (or at table order if provided)
• Payment method either (Debit Card/Members Card/ Cash)
• When ordering at drink order point customer gives table number (#) and returns to table
• Your table number(#) will be called by staff
• Customer goes to collection point, collects drinks and pays if not pre-paid by App
• Customer returns to table
• Please observe social distancing at all times and use hand sanitiser when needed
• There are screens provided for members use to social distance if required while seated, please collect and use

 
# Drinks may be ordered at table depending on staff availability, this is not guaranteed.
# Drinks may be brought to table dependant on staff availability and type of function.
