Dear Member
As we know, the Government are lifting all restrictions from 19th July 2021. Though this is great news, we still need to be responsible as infections in the local area are growing.
The safety of our staff, members and their guests will remain our highest priority, so we will be encouraging everyone to continue wearing face coverings if they can.
We also still have a legal duty to manage risks to our staff, members and their guests who will be affected by the club activities.
• We advise members and guests to wear a facemask when moving around inside the club.
• Members are advised to use hand sanitiser at every opportunity. This will continue to be available around the club and at all entrances.
• The QR Codes will remain available so that the NHS Test & Trace system, or paper forms, will be retained for members who wish to record visits, on a voluntary basis.
• Social distancing is still encouraged when indoors.
• We will maintain internal capacity in the club at the same levels as today, limiting the numbers of members to the number of seats.
• We will retain hand sanitizers at the entrance and at various locations around the club.
Bar
Table service will be removed for casual drinking.
• Service at the bar with one person from the group to come up.
• There will be no sitting at the bar and standing at the bar is only permitted when being served.
• The Screens across the bar will remain.
• Members will be able to order their drinks at the bar or Order Drinks by App or or at table when table service is provided.
• Payment method either (Debit Card/Members Card/ Cash/Phone App)
More detail will be provided within the club and on the club website.
Please move away from the counter once the drinks have been ordered and use one of the available collection points to collect your drinks – once they have been served.
These measures will come into effect from 20th July.
