The President will be facilitating
Free Tandoori Chicken wraps
to all tables
Food
In the interests of food hygiene we will cook the Tandoori Chicken on site and serve it with a “wrap kit” to each table where they can safely make their own wraps.
*There will be a GF option made available and we will also try to cater for any other dietary requirements if notice is given when booking.
We have a number of tables available for members to book and enjoy the event.
In view of safety factors the capacity will be set at 70 people (members, their immediate households and limited guests). This is still only our 4th event and we will do everything to help it run smoothly but above all safely.
This event is subject to weather conditions and has no back up plan in the event of unsuitable weather conditions

Booking
- Strictly by pre booking only to allocated tables
- Tables will be on a first come first served booking basis.
- Members can book a maximum of one table with a maximum bubble size of six people
- A Bubble can have up to Two Guests. If there are spaces left on after the first booking opportunity closes we will be more flexible
- Booking should be done by email only on the Carlton Club email on a first come first served basis.

- First Booking opportunity will be live from 10am until midnight on Sunday 23rd August.
- Second Booking Opportunity commences 7am Monday 24th August
- On your email will need to quote the following
- Event – Katy Grace
- Member Name
- Bubble Size
- Names of all people in Bubble
- Bookings will be processed in strict rotation based on the time the email is received
- Requests received before booking goes live will be placed at the end of the request queue.
- We will endeavor to confirm your booking before the end of the day.
- If you are unsuccessful we will endeavor to let you know by the end of the day
- If we are oversubscribed we will run a reserve list and continue to run further events in the near future for those that missed out and they will be given first opportunity in that instance.
- Please do not no show without a prior cancellation or good reason as it will impact on members that may have missed out.
How it works
To ensure maximum comfort, safety and opportunity for member’s tables will be allocated to a Bubble.
A Bubble consists of one or more member households that pal up to form their own bubble.
There will be a limited number of:
Two seat tables for one or two people from member households forming a bubble
Four seat tables for three or four people in member households forming a bubble
Six seat tables for four to six people in member households forming a bubble
To give members a fair chance to be welcomed back for this event we wish to balance numbers on tables and encourage you to form safe cooperative bubbles, which follow the government guidelines.
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate children to this event due to safety reasons.
There will be no indoor seating available and apart from entering the building only toilet visits are permitted inside.
Drinks can be ordered from the new APP or from a member of staff outside or at the bar providing procedures are followed.
Please be patient if we are busy
Drinks will need to be collected from the serving point when your table is called.
If demand dictates, the Smoking Area will be suspended for this event and smokers will need to use an area as designated outside the club
Please make sure all waste is removed and taken home or put in a separate bag and decant to the bin OUTSIDE the Club main door
Most tables have parasols but not all. We cannot guarantee a parasol but will do our best to provide one.

- Four to Six Seat Tables, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10
- Two to four seat tables 11 12 13 14,
- Smoking Area will be kept vacant and used as overspill if bubble sizes require more tables- 15,16,17,18 and 19
We will try to match bubble size with capacity to ensure people are sat in safe groups
- Members will be expected to strictly adhere to the Covid rules in place and socially distance at all times
- Entry will be by front door
- Only on visits to the toilet will people be allowed indoors
- Empty glasses must be returned to the designated point and not left to accumulate
- Exit is through the side gate
In the unlikely event of rain this event will be cancelled or abandoned, as there is no facility to compromise.
This is another special music afternoon positioned for the enjoyment of members. Attendees will need to please respect conversational boundaries whilst the performer is live, as volume will be strictly controlled.
Despite the detail behind trying to move us forward in these unprecedented time we sincerely want to safely welcome you back.
